TERMS AND CONDITIONS


Commission rate of 17.5% charged to purchaser invoice, lots £5 and under are minimum £1 commission.

View before bidding. All Lots sold as seen. No returns or refunds and no warranty given.

Lots accepted with reserve for two auctions, if unsold after two sales lots will be sold without reserve on week three if not removed by Vendor.

Minimum £15 reserve per Lot.

- All Lots purchased to be paid for and removed no later than Wednesday unless previously arranged with Porters. Lots not collected will be re-entered for sale in following auction. No refund will be given.

Payment taken by Cash or Card.

Vendor pay outs will be made Tuesday week following sale ONLY

Vendor funds not collected after 6 months will be donated to charity.

No Children on premises during Auction due to Health and Safety.

Collection and Delivery Service available. Enquire in with auction house.
